Burt was a larger than life individual. He worked hard, played hard, and brought a smile to everyone’s face the moment he walked into a room. He was a big personality in the Coastal community. He followed the LIVE program, was a regular in our outdoor group classes, and rarely missed a Personal Training session where he would put 2000’s hip hop on full blast whilst peppering me with questions on training, business, girlfriends and life.
Burt left the world far too soon in a freak accident whilst on a boating trip with his family and close friends in September 2014.
Every year, the Process community around the world joins together to celebrate the life of Burt. Burt was a man of bright colors, so it has become a tradition to wear a RED TOP, and accessorise with the brightest pieces from your wardrobe whilst doing the workout. We will be prescribing this workout for all of our programs this Saturday, October 1st 2022!

Bring your friends, family and colleagues, and let’s get after this sweaty grinder for Burt, who will no doubt be looking down on us with a big fat grin on his face, whilst listening to Neo’s “Work Hard, Play Hard” in the background.
