The Process Programming was created by in Hong Kong and provides the best of semi-individualized programming.

Our team of coaches constantly provide tutoring and guidance on the program.  We know that the biggest contributor to long term success in anything is education.

The goal of our group sessions is to build a community of dedicated and passionate individuals.

We offer different training programs, plus optional accessory work, each designed and catered to the goals and abilities of those who follow it..

MOP$ 60 / session
  • 45-minutes total body workout
  • Workouts that focus on daily life activities Body weight movements and some weights such as dumbbells and kettlebells. Use of row and bike to train and improve cardio endurance.
  • Training Program + Coaching
  • No Prerequisites The prescribed workouts are for everyone and for all fitness levels. Anyone can immediately join our TFL group sessions.

  • 1-hour Strength & Conditoning
  • Barbell weighlifting, functional bodybuilding and aerobic workouts The workouts involve weightlifting (basic olympic lifting), powerlifting, (squat, deadlift and pressing variations) and functional bodybuilding. On top of that the program also aims to develop cardiovascular fitness by prescribing row, the air-bike, and running.
  • Training Program + Coaching
  • Free Assessment Consultation A chance for you to meet one of our coaches, discuss your fitness goals and understand your fitness capabilities.
  • With prerequisites A list of movement prerequisites need to be met in order for you to join the LPC group sessions.
  • Onboard Process If you don't meet the prerequisites yet, we will prescribe a few personal training sessions first to go through the Fundamentals as part of our onboard process. This exists to guarantee your SAFETY, PROGRESSION and our COACHING QUALITY.
